When you get a facial or a massage, doesn’t your brain kind of just wander a little?

Letting your mind relax and wander is important for your mood and concentration. It helps relieve chronic stress.

What would be better way to let your brain relax than to come and get a massage or facial?

Watching tv, scrolling social media or playing games does not count as down time according to Cleveland Clinic.

We are processing too much already.

All of these activities require the brain to work.

I have been thinking about the beauty of the natural world a lot lately.

I have been taking a lot of pictures. (see flowers below)

I think uniqueness is beautiful. I thinks gaps in people's teeth are beautiful. Interesting freckling... The uniqueness of eye color...

I even find scars beautiful.

I don't know. I just find unique perspectives beautiful.
